Lost and Found

The KU Police Department Lost & Found is the central one for the KU campus. Lost items are stored for 30 days. 

Retrieving Lost Items

To contact us about a lost item, please email lostandfound@ku.edu or complete the Lost & Found form.

You must provide the following information when inquiring about a lost item:

•     Your name.
•    Description of the item.
•    Location where the item may have been lost.
•    Your phone number.
•    Your email address.

Pick up times: 8:00 -11:30 a.m. and 1:30 - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
